The Cafe Rio mexican restaurant was opened in the Providence Center on August 31, 2009. The first Cafe Rio was built in St. George in 1997. The tortillas are made from scratch. The owners of the franchise are Bob and Kathleen Nilsen. After you have purchased ten meals, they offer a free one.
