The Utah Shakespearean Festival was founded by Fred Adams and Barbara Adams in 1961. It is located on the campus of Southern Utah University. Venues for the plays include the outdoor Adams Memorial Theater and the indoor Randall L. Jones Theatre. The Greenshow is free and takes place outside next to the Adams Theater. It features music, dancing, juggling, storytelling and treats. Child care is available to kids under six years.The Festival publishes the annual Midsummer Magazine.
