The Ashcroft Observatory is open to the public on Monday nights. It opened in the early 1970's. Five acres of land was donated by Arthur A. Armbrust for the site. It is located on Westview Drive on the top of the hill just south of the SUU farm.

I LOVE Ashcroft Observatory. They always have the nicest young students working there, and they really know their stuff. Its a great Monday night Family activity.
