The Carter Carillon is named after the Carter family (Carter Enterprises) who donated money and materials to the project. The clocktower is located on the SUU campus. The twenty five magnificent bells in the Carillon were cast in the Royal Bellfoundry Petit & Frisen, The Netherlands, and cover a range of two octaves.
